Vietnam's Vinamilk says Q1 net profit jumps 22 pct

Vinamilk Corporation (HoSE: VNM) , Vietnam's leading dairy product maker, said on Tuesday its first-quarter net profit jumped 22 percent to VND1 trillion (US$47.85 million).

Revenues hit VND4.63 trillion in the quarter ended March, an increase of 40 percent from the same period last year, the Ho Chi Minh City-based firm said in a statement.
