Halong Canned Food Joint Stock Corporation (HNX: CAN) announces that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders 2011 of the Company, which was going to be on 09/04/2011, did not take place as planned because participants were 42 representing 692,290 shares (13,84% of the charter capital which is less than 65% of voting rights as required).
