TET: Results of AGM of Shareholders 2011

Northern Textiles and Garments Joint Stock Company (HNX: TET) has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders held on 19/04/2011. Participants were 206 representing 5,519,976 shares (Accounting for 96.76% of total voting rights).The following resolutions were approved:

1. Reports of the Board of Director and Supervisory Board

2. Audited Financial Statement 2010, Profit Distribution, Dividend payment in cash with exercise rate 14%, Record date: 03/05/2011

3. Operating plan in 2011 and Dividend payment 2011 with exercise rate 18%

4. Remuneration for the Board of Director and Supervisory Board in 2010

5. Equitization of One Member Company Limited defining offer price to outstanding shareholders.

6. Equitization of Duc Giang Storage.

7. Equitization of 79 Lac Trung.

8. Assigning the Supervisory Board to choose auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement from following list:

- PKF Vietnam Auditing Company Ltd

- Vietnam Auditing Company (VACO)

9. Chair of the Board currently holds General Manager of the company.

10. Supplement member of the BOD.
