Sai Gon Hotel Coporation (HNX: SGH) announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

Mr. Tran Kim Long has resigned from Director with effect since 11/04/2011 because of healthy proplem.

The Company will be elected new Director at General meeting of shareholders on 15/04/2011.
