VST: Resolution on Personnel change

Vietnam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VST) had announced the resolution of BOD on personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation Ms. Le Thi Lan from the positions of a Member of the Board of Directors

- Approving the resignation Mr. To Tan Dung from the positions of a Member of the Board of Directors

- Appointing Mr. Huynh Nam Anh – Deputy CEO as a member of the Board of Directors

- Appointing Ms. Pham Thi Cam Ha – Assistant of CEO as a member of the Board of Directors

- The resolution is valid as from April 14, 2011.
