HDC: Personnel Change

On April 07, 2011, the BOD Chairman of Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) (HOSE: HDC) signed Decision No.45/QD-PTN on the personnel change as follows:

Mr. Ho Viet Thoi, Head of the Board of Supervisors in term 2011-2015, will not hold the position of Personnel Director and will hold a new position: Manager of the Company’s office.
