SDA: Change in BOD and supervisory board

Song Da SIMCO Joint Stock Company (HNX: SDA) announces change in the Board of Directors and Supervisory board as follows:

1. Change in the Board of Directors:

- Mr. Pham Duc Chinh has resigned from Director with effect since 06/04/2011;

- Mr. Pham Van Hung has been appointed Director with effect since 06/04/2011.

2. Change in Supervisory Board:

- Ms. Nghiem Thi Bon has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 06/04/2011;

- Ms. Pham Thi Hieu has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 06/04/2011.
