OPC: Personnel change

OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (HOSE: OPC) has announced a personnel change as follows:

• Appointing Mr. Trinh Xuan Vuong – a member of the Board of Directors as the BOD Chairman.

• Appointing Mr. Nguyen Chi Linh – a member of the Board of Directors as the Deputy Chairman of BOD.

• Appointing Mr. Nguyen Chi Linh – Deputy Chairman of BOD as CEO to replace Mr. Truong Duc Vong as from May 02, 2011 with reason retire

• Appointing Ms. Le Thi Nam – a member of the Supervisory Board as Head of the  Supervisory Board cum the disclosure of internal.
