HBC: HoaBinh Corp. wins a construction contract

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HBC) has been awarded a US$23,000,000 construction contract for the Sanctuary Project in District 9, Hochiminh City.

Sanctuary, invested by CapitaLand and Novaland, has an area of 9,023.83 square meters, in Quarter 5, Phuoc Long B Ward, District 9, Hochiminh City. Hoa Binh Corporation, with good experiences of construction, will be responsible for designing and executing construction of all of project. The construction time will be within 22 months, with total floor area of 60,000 square meters, including 530 apartments. Hoa Binh Corporation will begin construction in Quarter I/2012.
