KLS: Result of 2nd AGM, time for 3rd AGM

Kim Long Securities Corporation (HNX: KLS) announces that the 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders 2010 of the Company, which was going to be on 15/04/2011, did not take place as planned because participants were 307 representing 57,814,234 shares (28.55% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).

The third AGM will be held on 8h30, 21/04/2011.
