VFR: Contract to transfer land use right to Petrovietnam Insurance

On 21/03/2011, Transport and Chartering Corporation (HNX: VFR) signed the contract to transfer the land use right and properities attached with land at 22 Pham Ngoc Thach, Ward 6, District 3, Hochiminh City to Petrovietnam Insurance.
