CII: CII establishes a joint venture

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII) has cooperated with some partners to establish a joint stock company specializing in investment in coach stations in Hochiminh City, including 02 projects: new Mien Dong Coach Station and new Mien Tay Coach Station. CII will contribute from 25% to 30% of the charter capital of this company.
