Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation (HOSE: ITA) has announced a personnel change as follows:

• Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Suong from a Deputy CEO as from March 18, 2011.

• Mr. Tran Dinh Hung, Chief Accountant, has replaced Ms. Nguyen Thi Suong as the authorized information disclosure staff of Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation from March 25, 2011.
