LHG: The BOD’s resolution of personnel change

Long Hau Corporation (HOSE: LHG) has announced the BOD’s resolution of personnel change as follows:

• Article 1: Approving a resignation of Mr. Diep Dung from the BOD from March 17, 2011

• Article 2: The BOD has to announce the decision and submit it to the  shareholders’ meeting

• Article 3: The effective date of this resolution is March 17, 2011.
