Discharging Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen Tran – a Deputy CEO in Administration and appointing Ms. Phung Thi Thanh Bac to a Deputy CEO in Administration to replace Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen Tran as from March 18, 2011.
