SDY: Change in personnel

Song Da Yaly Cement Joint Stock Company (HNX: SDY) announces changes in personnel as follows:

- Mr. Luong Van Son has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 01/02/2011.

- Mr. Khuong Duc Dzung, who is General Manager – cum – Director, has been appointed General Manager – cum – Chair of the Board with effect since 01/02/2011.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, who is Head of Business Department, has been appointed Deputy General Manager with effect since 01/02/2011.
