CAD: Personnel change

On January 19, 2011, according to the decision of the Board of Directors, Cadovimex Seafood Import - Export And Processing Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CAD) announce a personnel change as follows:

• Approving the resignation Ms. Pham Thi Huong from the positions of CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors as a Member of the Board of Directors

• Mr. Tang Gia Phong from the position of  Deputy CEO was appointed as CEO

• Mr. Dương Ngoc Thoi from the position of Chief Accountant was appointed as Deputy CEO and Chief Accountant

• Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh from the position of  Director HCM branch was appointed as Deputy CEO and Director HCM branch

• Effective date: January 20, 2011.
