• Discharging Mr. Pham Dang Nam from a member of the Board of Directors from February 08, 2011.

• Approving Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – CEO as the a member of the Board of Directors as from February 08, 2011

• Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien – a member of the Board of Directors as the Deputy Chairwoman of BOD of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation from February 08, 2011.
