South East Asia Hamico Export Joint Stock Company (HNX: KSD) has announced the board resolution approved on 15/02/2011 as follows:

1. Approving Documents for additional listing of 5,049,500 shares (Stock code: KSD) on HNX

2. Approving the amendment of the company’s charter capital:

- New charter capital: VND107,375,000,000

- New charter capital of the company is divided into 10,737,500 shares with par value of VND10,000/share.
