OCBC HCMC branch allowed to increase charter capital

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1091/NHNN-TTGSNH on February 10 to accept the request of the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Branch of the Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) to increase its charter capital to USD 25 million from USD 19 million.

The OCBC HCMC branch is responsible for registering and publicizing its new charter capital, and required to send the Document with the attachment of a photocopy of business registration with the new charter capital to the SBV for approval of the charter capital adjustment in License No.27/NHNN-GP dated October 30, 1996 of the OCBC HCMC branch  in accordance with the applicable laws.
