DZM: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QIV- 2010

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2010, net income decrease compared to Quarter IV/2009. Dzi An Manufacturing Public Limited Company (HNX: DZM) explained the decrease in operating result in QIV/ 2010 as follows:

- In Quarter IV/2010, the company boost up its sales plan, therefore revenue of Quarter IV/2010 increased 25% compared to Quarter III/2010

- Profit after tax of Quarter IV/2010 decreased 28% compared to Quarter IV/2009 but went up 860% compared to Quarter III/2010, this is due to the increase in financial expenses (The devaluation of Dong compared to USD and the increase in interest expenses).
