CII: CII invests in a joint-venture

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII) has just completed the investment in Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation (SAMCO) with a holding rate of 36.41% charter capital.

CII invests in SAMCO to participate in the project of enlarging and upgrading of An Suong Bus Station (Hochiminh City) to a trade, service and public transport center.
