Deutsche Bank AG HCMC Branch allowed to increase charter capital
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.1163/NHNN-TTGSNH on February 14 to permit the Deutsche Bank AG Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Branch to increase its charter capital to USD 50.08 million from USD 24 million.
The Deutsche Bank AG HCMC branch is responsible for registering and publicizing its new charter capital in line with the regulation as stipulated in Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions, and required to send the Document with the attachment of a photocopy of business registration with the new charter capital to the SBV for approval of the charter capital adjustment in License No.20/NHNN-GP dated June 28, 1995 of the Deutsche Bank AG HCMC branch in accordance with the applicable laws.
