• The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Do Huu Son, born in 1975, from Deputy Director General of COTECLAND as of February 18, 2011.

• The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Phung Trong Hung, born in 1973, as Deputy Director General of COTECLAND as of February 18, 2011.
