CTD: Information disclosure
Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (COTECCONS) (HOSE: CTD) has announced its operations as follows:
1. Opening Coteccons Office Building:
- The building at 232 Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 17, Binh Thanh Dist., HCMC. was opened on November 26, 2010 after 18 months for construction.
- COTECCONS was equitized from August 2004, charter capital is 317.7 billion dongs, market capital is over 2,000 billion dongs and total investment value of the building is 210 billion dongs.
- At present, the building was hired over 80% of its area.
2. Signing a construction contract for The EverRich II Project:
- On 26 November 2010, CTD signed a contract with an investor - Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation for building the first stage of block B & C of The Everrich II Project with 1 basement & 38 floors.
- The Everrich II Project has 3,250 apartments with floor space over 630,000 meters square built on 11.2 ha of area at Phu Thuan Ward, Dist. 7, HCMC. The project was consulted and managed by ARCHETYPE
3. Starting works of Pullman Project and opening Liberty Centre Hotel:
- On 29 November 2010, Que Huong - Liberty Joint Stock Company and COTECCONS conducted a groundbreaking ceremony of Pullman Saigon Centre at 148 Tran Hung Dao St., Dist. 1, HCMC.
- Pullman Saigon Centre was designed for a 5-star hotel including 03 basements (about 1,500 meter square) and 24 floors with about USD60 million of total investment value under management of Accor. - The project was separated into packages and COTECCONS was chosen as general contractor.
