VFR: Transfer of land use right to Petrovietnam Insurance

Transport and Chartering Corporation announces that on 20/12/2010, the Company’s Board of Directors agreed to transfer the land use right and properities attached with land at 22 Pham Ngoc Thach, Ward 6, District 3, Hochiminh City to Petrovietnam Insurance – PVI with the price of VND 175,800,000,000.

Purpose of the transfer: Raising funds for projects of the Company.
