DQC: Explanation for business result in quarter 3/2010

Dien Quang Joint Stock Company (DQ JSC) (HOSE: DQC) has explained business result in quarter 3/2010 beside quarter 3/2009 as follows:

• Revenue of 09 months 2010 reached 350,604,962,471 dongs and increased 113,798,458,044 dongs beside the same period 2009 (236,806,504,427 dongs).

• Profit of 09 months 2010 reached 12,482,845,327 dongs and increased beside the same period 2009 (-12,135,889,357 dongs).

• Reasons:

• Production increased and the company developed some new products.

• The exporting market was stable.

• The company has continued controlling expenses.

• Loan interest expenses in 09 months 2010 decreased 68.6% because the company took initiative in current capital.

• A part of Venezuela Project was finished and revenue was recorded.
