DRH: Receiving Investment License for Dream House Phu Quoc Resort
Dream House Investment Corporation (Dream House Corp.) (HOSE: DRH) has announced People’s Committee of Kien Giang Province issued Investment License No. 56121000754 on November 05, 2010 for Dream House Phu Quoc Resort.
• The project has 8.86 hectares of area belonged to Bac Bai Truong Littoral Resort – Duong To Town – Phu Quoc Island – Kien Giang Province. Total investment amount is 296 billion dongs and its operation time is within 70 years.
• In its plan, from quarter 4/2010 to quarter 4/2011, the company will prepare space and investment. In 2012, the company will construction infrastructure; implement & erect in 2013 and finish & put into service in 2014.
• The project was researched from 2007 and when the project is put into service, the company will receive preferential amounts such as: corporate income tax, importing tax, land rent charge.
• Beside, on 13 September 2010, Dream House Garden Corporation under Dream House Corp received Investment License No. 41121000143 from People’s Committee of HCMC. for a project of producing orchids and decorative plants. The project has 43 hectares in Agricultural High-tech Part – Pham Van Coi Town – Cu Chi Dist. – HCMC. The term of project is 30 year with 20.9 billion dong of total investment amount.
