DIG: Business results in Oct & Nov 2010
Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp.) (HOSE: DIG) announced business results in October and November 2010:
In the first two months of Quarter IV/2010, revenue of the parent company - DIC Corp. was VND250 billion, mainly from Lakersides project, Chi Linh project (Vung Tau Province), Dai Phuoc project…Estimated profit in the two months was VND120 billion. - Completing to transfer 90% of sold houses of Lakersides project to customers in December 2010.
- Continuing to transfer premises to joint-ventures in Dai Phuoc project; asking the partners to push the progress of infrastructure construction.
- Continuing to complete infrastructure of projects: Dai Phuoc, ATA Phu My, Hiep Phuoc, Nam Vinh Yen New Urban Area, An Son Villa Area, Vi Thanh Urban Area, Thuy Tien Resort, Phoenix,…in order to create stable incomes in 2011-2013.
- Hastening the preparations for projects: Thang Long (05 hectares), Long Tan (330 hectares), Bac Vung Tau (94 hectares), Gateway Trade Center and Apartments (1.7 hectares).
According to the consolidated financial statements in the first nine months of 2010, total revenue of DIC Corp in the first nine months was VND707.35 billion, and Profit after tax was VND367.98 billion (73.6% of full year profit target).
