1. To contribute capital to establish TASCO Tourism Real estate Joint Stock Company

- Total amount of capital contribution: VND 3,000,000,000 (30% of charter capital of TASCO Tourism Real estate Joint Stock Company)

- Method of capital contribution: In cash

- Progress of capital contribution: according to progress of capital contribution of TASCO Tourism Real estate Joint Stock Company

- Representative for the company’s equity: Mr. Nguyen Van Doan – Director

2. To contribute capital to Bac Phuong Joint Stock Company

- Total amount of capital contribution: VND 15,000,000,000 (30% of charter capital of Bac Phuong Joint Stock Company)

- Method of capital contribution: In cash

- Progress of capital contribution: According to progress of capital contribution of Bac Phuong Joint Stock Company

- Capital Management Representative: Mr. Pham Van Luong – Director

3. To contribute capital to D.Tech Joint Stock Company

- Total amount of capital contribution: VND 2,000,000,000 (20% of charter capital of D.Tech Joint Stock Company)

- Method of capital contribution: In cash
