Vietnam Container Shipping Joint-stock Company (HOSE: VSC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors, dated December 18, 2010, on the second dividend installment in 2010 as follows:

• Payment rate: 20%/par value (VND2,000 for a share)

• Payment method: In cash
