Truong Long Engineering and Auto Joint Stock Company (Truong Long JSC) (HOSE: HTL) announced the first interim dividend of 2010 as follows:

• Payment rate: 5%/charter capital (VND500 for a share)

• Payment method: In cash

• Record date: July 02, 2010

• Payment date: From 8:00am, December 20, 2010.
