OGC: Resolution on paying dividend & balloting shareholders

The Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: OGC) unanimously decided:

• To pay an advance on the 2010 dividend: 10%/charter capital (Charter capital: VND2,500 billion). Record date: December 24, 2010.

• To ballot shareholders on issuing bonus shares from the surplus capital and retained profit. Record date: December 24, 2010.

• To authorize the BOD Chairman to fulfill necessary procedures of the dividend payment and the ballot.

• This resolution takes effect from December 06, 2010.
