PDR: Resolution on the 2010 dividend

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) announced the resolution of The extraordinary shareholders’ meeting:

Article 1: The meeting unanimously approved the 2010 dividend rate: 20%/par value.

Article 2: The meeting unanimously approved to pay an advance on the 2010 dividend:

- Payment rate: 10%/par value

- Payment time: In December 2010

- Payment method: in cash.

Article 3: The meeting unanimously approved to authorize the Board of Directors to decide payment time and method to pay the remaining dividend.

This resolution takes effect from December 09, 2010.
