• Stock type: Common stock
• Par value: VND 10,000
• Ex-right date: December 22, 2010
• (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 22& 23, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights.)
• Record date: December 24, 2010
• Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)
• Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2010.
