DIG: Resolution on dividend payment

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: DIG) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: Approving a payment rate of the first dividend installment of 2010:

- Record date: December 24, 2010

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).

- Payment date: January 25, 2011

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation
