SRC: Resolution of the BOD
Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SRC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors unanimously approved to ballot shareholders on:
• Issuing shares to pay the first dividend installment of 2010 at a ratio of 25%, from the undistributed profit.
• Authorizing the Board of Directors to decide a plan and choose a consulting securities company to execute the 6-million-share private placement to strategic partners at the issue price which is not less than the diluted price in the first dividend installment of 2010. The proceeds from the issue will be used to finance construction projects.
• Issuing VND50 billion bonds with a bond term of 03 years in order to supplement capital to long-term investment.
