• Stock symbol: BCI
• Stock type: Common stock
• Par value: VND 10,000
• Ex-right date: December 29, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 29 & 30, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights.)
• Record date: December 31, 2010
• Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/share)
• Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2010.
• Payment date: January 20, 2011.
