HOSE announces the record date for the second dividend payment of 2010 and the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: TIX):

1. Annual General Meeting

- Meeting venue: New World Hotel, 76 Le Lai, District 1, Hochiminh City.
- Meeting contents:
+ Report on profit and loss in 2010;
+ Approval for business plan for 2011;
+ Approval for the 2010 dividend payment;
+ Approval for the compensation for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2011;
+ Approval for the appointment that the BOD Chairperson will be also the Director General in 2011;
+ Approval for adjustments in the Company’s Charter;
2. The 2nd interim dividend of 2010:
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 20% (VND2,000 / share)
- Payment date: December 30, 2010

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
