VNL: Resolution on the second interim dividend
Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (HOSE: VNL) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment as follows:
Article 1: VINALINK will pay the second interim dividend of 2010:
• Payment rate: 8% for 9,000,000 outstanding shares (equivalent to an amount of VND7,200,000,000)
• Record date: January 04, 2011
• Estimated payment date: January 21, 2011.
Article 2: This amount will be withdrawn from the Company’s profit 2010.
