• Stock symbol: EIB

• Stock type: Common stock

• Par value:  VND 10,000

• Ex-right date: December 29, 2010

• (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 29 & 30, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Record date: December 31, 2010

• Dividend pay-out ratio:  12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

• Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2010.

• Payment date: January 18, 2011

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
