TTF: TTF served a warning

HOSE officially decided to serve a warning to Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (HOSE: TTF) on December 21st, 2010.

Reason: The Company made and reported the consolidated financial statements in 2008 and 2009 but did not consolidate all the financial statements of subsidiaries. This has infringed the regulations of accounting and information dissemination on the securities market under the conclusion in Official Document No.4125/UBCK-TT by the State Securities Commission dated December 15th, 2010.
