- Acquiring stock of Song Da 10.1 Joint Stock Company

- Number of shares held by the company: 1,830,200 shares ( 46,988% of charter capital)

- Number of shares to be acquired: 150,000 shares (3.851% of charter capital)

- Price: not higher than VND 30,000 per share

- Total holding following transaction: 1,980,200 shares (50,84% of charter capital).
