PVC: Board Resolution

Drilling Mud Corporation (HNX: PVC) announces the Board Resolution approved on 14/12/2010 as follows:

- Agreed on restructuring plan of member companies of Drilling Mud Corporation, in which the following companies: Northern - Drilling Mud one member limited liability company, Central - Drilling Mud one member limited liability company, Southern - Drilling Mud one member limited liability company are transformed into joint stock companies.

- Holding rate of DMC at these members is at least 51%.

- Expected implementation time in Quarter IV/ 2010.
