1. Setting up the PPI Land one-member Limited Company

- Head office: Floor 3, 31/21 Kha Van Can, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc District, HCMC.

- Charter capital: VND90 billion

2. Mr. Pham Duc Tuan to President of the PPI Land One Member Limited Company

for the 3 years from December 18, 2010.

- Mr. Dang Van Phuc to President of the PPI Land One Member Limited Company

for the 3 years from December 18, 2010

- Mr. Vu Van Tuan to President of the PPI Land One Member Limited Company

for the 3 years from December 18, 2010.
