SBT: Changes in the BOD

Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh (HOSE: SBT) announced personnel changes as follows:

• Approving the resignations of Mr. Jacques de CHATEAUVIEUX, BOD Chairman, and Ms. Pham Thi Thu Huong, a BOD member, on December 02, 2010.

• According to Resolution No.16/10/NQ-HDQT dated December 09, 2010 by the Board of Directors of Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh, the Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Loc as a member of the Board of Directors from December 09, 2010.

• According to Resolution No.17/10/NQ-HDQT dated December 09, 2010 by the Board of Directors of Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh, the Board of Directors approved to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Van as a member of the Board of Directors from December 09, 2010.

• Effective date: December 09, 2010.
