DPM: Personnel change

PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) (HOSE: DPM) has announced personnel change as follows:

• Approving of leaving Mr. Phan Dinh Duc – the CEO of the CEO as from November 15, 2010 to receive another position from the Prime Minister.

• Appointing Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – a Deputy CEO of Nghi Son Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (*) to the CEO of PVFCCo as from November 15, 2010.
