DCC: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting

DESCON Construction Corporation (HOSE: DCC) announced the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting on December 15, 2010:

Article 1: Approval for the resignation of two BOD members:

- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Bang

- Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong.

Article 2:

2.1. To elect two new members for the Board of Directors:

- Mr. Nguyen Cuu Long

- Mr. Than Xuan Thinh.

2.2. The member list of the Board of Directors after the additional election:

- Ms. Nghiem Bach Huong  : Chairwoman

- Mr. Trinh Thanh Huy : Member

- Mr. Vu Huy Hoang : Member

- Mr. Nguyen Cuu Long : Member

- Mr. Than Xuan Thinh : Member

Article 3: The shareholders’ meeting unanimously authorized Ms. Nghiem Bach Huong, BOD Chairwoman cum Company’s legal representative, to fulfill necessary procedures to execute the contents approved by the meeting.

Article 4: Shareholders, the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors, the Management and employees of DESCON are responsible for implement this resolution.

Article 5: This resolution came into effect from December 15, 2010.
