HAGL Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HAG) has explained business results in quarter 3/2010 beside quarter 3/2009 as follows:

• Profit before tax in quarter 3/2010: 816,137,815 thousand dongs

• Profit before tax in quarter 3/2009: 480,547,250 thousand dongs

• Increased: 69.8%

• Reasons: Financial incomes of quarter 3/2010 reached 724.1 billion dongs and increased 11.5 billion dongs beside quarter 3/2009. The company sold shares of Hoàng Anh House Development and Construction JSC (*) under restructure plan.
