TRI: Explanation for business results in quarter 3/2010 and mistake in consolidated FS

Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company (TRIBECO) (HOSE: TRI) has explained business results and mistake in consolidated financial statements (FS) as follows:

In quarter 3/2010, the company produced new products, so many expenses were arisen.

Quarter 3/2010 is the rainy season. Therefore, revenue decreased 9% beside quarter 2/2010.

Because of software errors, the consolidated financial statements were short of some items in short-term assets. The company will state in a supplement report but total amount is not changed.
